COVID Information

At Mountain Yoga we offer a variety of yoga classes ranging from gentle, beginner, intermediate and all levels. We practice & teach yin, Hatha & alignment based flow. We are committed to building and supporting a healthy yoga community!

Class Information

  • Registration is necessary for all classes. Register now! 

  • Not feeling well? Please stay home! Do not come to studio if you are sick! 

  • Students are responsible for bringing their own yoga mats and props.

  • Have questions? Ask us! We are happy you are here! 

Student Information

  • Be prepared to practice barefoot with loose/stretchy comfortable clothes for all classes.

  • Please do not wear heavy cologne, perfumes, or large jewelry to class.

  • If you have a heart condition or any other serious ailment, please let your instructor know before class begins.

  • Remember, breathe! And smile. Yoga is meant to feel good.
