Baby & Me is a nurturing class designed for guardians and their little ones aged 3 and under, combining mindfulness practice, stretching, and slow flow yoga. This supportive environment encourages caregivers to move their bodies while allowing children to explore and play independently, fostering connection and community.

Yoga for Kids

Yoga for Kids is a fun and engaging 60-minute class designed for children aged 4 to 10, fostering creativity and movement through accessible yoga poses. Participants will enhance their flexibility, coordination, and focus while enjoying a supportive and playful environment.

Mindfulness & Creative Writing

This class series explores mindfulness through the joy of creative writing. Each session will include a 10-minute guided meditation, followed by fun writing exercises designed to encourage imaginative thought and creative productivity. All ages welcome, beginners and seasoned writers alike!

Dance Fitness

Dance fitness consists of simple, repetitive movements to a variety of music. While we dance, we learn to love our bodies!
